I am very happy with this MP3 player. Firstly it is very easy to load music and movies and to navigate through the menus. Its not as good as an ipod, but as i was buying this for a teenager, i figured it would do the job. well it surpassed my expectations. It has a very stylish finish to it, I in truth like the two tone silver and black finish on mine! The sound quality as well as picture quality is good. The ear phones included are fine, but not the best out there.
The voice recorder is satisfactory, but this is not the main intent of use for us so not a big deal.
I have loaded hundreds of songs and a good deal of videos and there still seems to be a great deal of memory available, so i am happy with 4 gb.

I NEEDED AN INEXPENSIVE MP3 PLAYER TO USE WHILE I AM WORKING OUT AT THE GYM. I HAD TROUBLE TRANSFERRING FILES FROM MY MACBOOK, BUT LATER FIGURED OUT HOW. FOR $21 IT IS WHAT IT IS....SHOULD HAVE STUCK WITH APPLE PRODUCTS!!!!

not bad for the price

Love the screen, set up is a little annoying if you have vista. Some song files would not download properly. Sound quality is gorgeous good. Overall good product for price.
