I may not read chinese

Ensure the instructions are in English, I take delight in the aspect of ordering merchandise from other countries but I warn buyers you may wish to assure the product comes from America not an America company that sells alien goods in a alien language. Well it has been regarding 5 weeks now and a lot of features of this product is unknown to me, the reason is that the entire instructions came written in Chinese. True there is a menu in english, nevertheless try to seek selections of the menu and it is written in Chinese. There is a menu for movies, but it is in Chinese. There is a menu for the equilzer, it is in Chinese. The device does play ok but because the fine tuning is in Chinese, I do not recognise what I am doing. I may not load movies because the instructions are in Chinese. Although the product does state it may do a lot of things that most humans are fascinated in even the instructions were too brief. With everything that the device says it may do there are only 12 lines of instruction. Unless the entire Chinese language is in picture/letters, I would scarcely doubt that even if I did speak/read Chinese that the brief instructions would explain the full features of the product. I think I will choose a Sony or other companies that trade their oversees merchandise in a language of the persons to whom will use their product. I will keep this until I reorder a dissimilar product with instructions in English. Then I will toss it.

I have problem downloading music into the MP3/4 Player. It does not have sufficient instruction to operate it.

I wish I could return this item. The USB port provided is the littler end of a Camera link. This make it out of the question to play music you have saved on a disk drive. Another thing is that you can't download. When you connect the MP3 to a computer in order to download music in the instrumentation and implement it is memory, the instrumentation indicate downloading but not one thing genuinely register in it. Can you please send me the name of it is supplier?

Player did not work well, with a very glaring screen it was hard to read for the duration of the day in the car. However, the service was good returning the item.
